eductional pricing

For teachers and students in related studies, we offer a discount on our products. That discount is 20% off single units and 10% off bundles/suites. You'll need to fax or email us proof of meeting our academic requirements. More info about EDU paperwork is available on this page.

reseller pricing

If you are a reseller interested in carrying our product, we have a reseller program that we'd like to share with you. Please contact clay@digitalanarchy.com for information about our price points and how we'd like to work with you. More info is available in our Reseller section.

bundle deals

In order to make our prodcuts even more affordable, we have package discounts for multiple products. Not ALL product combinations are offered, but generally you can get a discount on products that work well together or have a similar theme. Go here to read about After Effects discounts. return/exchange policy

We do NOT issue refunds or exchanges. When you receive electronic download instructions in your Inbox, that email is the equivalent of breaking the seal on a CD. For this reason, we give you working demos and free tutorials to help you properly evaluate a product before you buy it.

platform exchange policy

We also do NOT exchange a Mac license for Windows or vice-versa. While large companies like Adobe do offer this service, in comparison, we are a five person company and do not have that affordability.

We do, however, offer a 50% discount off the second platform of any product you already own. If you are switching your station from a Mac to Windows (or vice versa) this will help minimize your expenses.
